Shipping Information
All regular orders will be shipped within 48-72 hours of receipt of order if the item(s) are in stock. If an item is out of stock notification will be sent by email regarding the estimated length of the backorder on the item.
All orders are shipped via UPS ground service or USPS. Expedited services such as 2nd day air and overnight delivery are also available. Shipping fees are based on actual weight of product(s) and packaging and are calculated through shipper's website.
A $2.00 packaging and handling fee is included on all orders.
We are unable to ship to a post office box address.
Frozen and refrigerated foods are for local delivery only to Charlotte & surrounding areas until further notice.
Returns Policy
Dry and Canned Food Items: We will accept returns or exchanges of unopened product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days from the date the merchandise was received.
All Other Products: We will accept returns or exchanges for all other products in its original condition
and original tags, labels and packaging within 14 days from the date the merchandise was received.
All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. |
